Making vegan mayonnaise (veganaise). Simple recipe for eggless mayonnaise, using vegetable oil and milk.
Ingredients
• 1 cup sunflower oil
• 13 glasses of milk of soybeans (soymilk)
• 12 cloves garlic
• Juice of half a lemon (you can also do with vinegar)
• Salt
Preparation
In a narrow and tall glass, slightly wider than the blender, put soy milk, oil, salt and garlic.
Putting the mixer in the bottom of the glass without moving, beating at low speed. Once the mixture has been linked in the background, moved the mixer slowly for that links the oil is on the surface of the glass.
When you're all tied add the lemon juice and beat the mixture thickens more.
