Aioli carrot

Aioli recipe vegan carrot, a creative way to use carrots to put in sandwiches and snacks. Aioli comes from the Catalan all oil, in Castilian garlic and oil. It is a very present in the Mediterranean cuisine sauce. Here we include the suggestion to add an Isabel carrot recipe to give it a special touch.

Ingredients


• 2 carrots
• 2 sliced garlic
• Salt
• Lemon juice
• Olive oil

Preparation

First cook the 2 carrots and a blender or a food processor are beaten with a little water, 2 sliced garlic, salt and a squeeze of lemon.

It has then slowly whisked, gradually adding olive oil to taste until you get a suitable texture (mayonnaise type).

Finally, you can add oregano or other species as preferred.
