Energy smoothie vegan

Energy vegan smoothie recipe with yeast, wheat germ and sesame.

Ingredients

• 1 cup shelled almonds
• 4 cups water
• 2 tablespoons sesame peeled
• 1 tablespoon yeast
• 1 tablespoon wheat germ
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon of tahini

Preparation

The germ and yeast powder made in the coffee grinder and mix.

In the bowl of the mixer white almonds and sesame (about two tablespoons) are set.
