Vegan recipe Aloo Masala, potatoes Indian style, is easy to prepare and requires few rare ingredients, which makes it accessible for everyone. In a short time we can enjoy these delicious spicy potatoes India.

• 2 large or 3 medium potatoes (600 g.)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Wash well and boil whole potatoes in their skins until soft, but not break (20 min.). Clicking with a knife we can see if they are ready. With a little cold water chilled potatoes and peel. Cut the potatoes into small squares being careful not to break.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, we add the cumin and mustard seeds. We roast the seeds about 10 seconds.
Then add the turmeric, potatoes and salt. For a few minutes we let the potatoes browned, stirring gently with a wooden spoon. The potatoes should not become too dry, just lightly browned on the outside.
Finally, we incorporated the lemon juice and chopped cilantro, stir and serve hot snacks or accompanied by other Indian cuisine.
