Vegan Tzatziki

It is a very refreshing for summer Greek sauce. It can be used for snacking with pita bread, salad as a starter or as an accompaniment.

Ingredients

• 3 cucumbers
• 1 medium clove garlic
• 2 natural soy yogurt (no sugar, it is important!)
• 1 teaspoon dill
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Few drops of lemon

Preparation

First cucumbers will wash and peel them, remembering that it is advisable to cut the ends and rub a little to avoid the bitterness that sometimes have this vegetable.

When we peeled cucumbers, scratch in a bowl. Then will color whole striped pulp in a colander and will push hard to squeeze all the juice.

Moreover itch garlic very, very fine or crush it if we have a garlic press.


With pulp and squeezed striped cucumber we will only add the chopped garlic and remaining ingredients. Mix everything well and add lemon to taste.
