Kelp patties

Algae recipe dumplings, onion and carrot with a touch of oregano and thyme. Preparation of homemade dough dumplings, which will give us the best result, but you can also use precooked mass is also explained.

Ingredients

• 250 g. Whole wheat flour
• 250 g. Corn flour or cornstarch
• Almost one full glass of water
• 4 tablespoons oil filling stir-fry
• A nut pressed yeast (can order in a bakery)
• Sesame seeds (optional)
• Salt
• For the filling
• 3 large onions
• 1 carrot, grated
• 80 grams. Algae (sea spaghetti, for example)
• Oregano
• Thyme
• A slice of tofu (optional)
• Oil

Preparation

In the fine oil, chopped onion browned and cooked algae will have previously added for half an hour. Minutes are allowed to catch the flavor and oregano and thyme is added.

As we make the dough Mix the water and the oil and heat a little. Add the yeast and salt well. Put the flour on a floured surface, leaving a hole in the middle, like a volcano, and cast into the water, oil and yeast. Knead until it is smooth. Let stand half an hour.


Smooth dough with a rolling pin and a round mold (a bowl upside down will help us) prepare dumplings filling with the preparation of algae. Moisten with a little oil the surface and take a few grains of sesame on top.

I bake, preheated to 200 degrees until top is golden brown and crisp.
