Recipe homemade Tiger nut milk, a summer typical drink of Valencia, perfect for taking as soda or milk substitute.
Ingredients
• 250 g. Tiger nuts
• 1 liter of water
• 250 g. of sugar
• 1 piece of lemon peel
• 1 small piece of cinnamon
Preparation
Groundnuts to soak for 24 hours get. Throughout the day we will be changing the water several times. After this time, they take away the water and wash well. Notice that has swollen as a result of hydration.
