Potatoes recipe with garlic and paprika. Very easy to prepare, they are perfect for its intense flavor to accompany the appetizer with some wine.
Ingredients
• 3 large or 4 medium potatoes
• 4 to 6 cloves
• 13 cups (of wine) vinegar approx.
• 1 teaspoon paprika approx.
• Oil for frying
Preparation
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry.
As they do, crush the garlic in a mortar with a little salt to facilitate the work. Mix in a glass vinegar with paprika and pour the crushed garlic (the more vinegar and stronger garlic flavor).
When potatoes left them little to do, remove almost all the frying oil, add the vinegar mixture and reduce heat. Leave a few minutes and ready.
