A delicious and easy recipe for vegan chocolate cake (no eggs or dairy products). This cake is also known as OVCC (Olga vegan chocolate cake).
Vegan chocolate cake Olga

Preparation: 1 h. And 30 min.
Ingredients for 6 people
• Two cups of flour (500 ml.)
• Two cups of soy milk (500 ml.)
• An envelope of yeast (16 g.)
• A cup of sunflower oil or olive oil (which gives it a stronger flavor) (250 ml.)
• 34 cup sugar cane
• 7-8 tablespoons powdered chocolate (chocolate is to taste)
• Nuts or dried fruits (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220 °c
Mix flour with baking powder and then pour soy milk. Remover.
Pour the oil and sugar. Remove all well.
Pour the chocolate powder and beat until a creamy mass.
If you have decided to add nuts, do so now.
Pour the whole mass of the cake in the pan.
Lower the oven to about 170 degrees and put the cake.
Bake for 1 hour and a half or so, as you see that is done.
Let cool for unmolding.
