It is a recipe for spiced tea, originally from India, but widespread throughout the world. Very intense and even spicy flavor, it is a truly invigorating drink. There are many variations with black or green tea, various flavors like clove, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, etc.

Serves: 4
• 2 cups water
• 3 tablespoons black tea
• 1 cup soy milk
• 4 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 8 or 10 cardamom pods
• 1 piece of 1 cm. approx. ginger
• 6 tablespoons sugar or other natural sweetener
Preparation
We heat the water over medium heat with the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and ginger. We watch until it reaches a boil first. After we cover the casserole and turning down the heat, thus leaving about ten minutes or so. Then add the milk and sugar and wait it begins to boil again. Immediately add tea and turn off the stove and let it rest covered for about 3 minutes. Previously straining serve tea.
Comments Recipe
It is advisable to boil too much black tea, because it will taste bitter.
Obviously we can adapt the recipe to your liking. Pepper can be added, for example, green or black tea instead. Other ingredients may be the star anise, nutmeg or even almonds, in addition to or instead of the ingredients you suggest.
