Cauliflower recipe with a rich sauce of almonds.
Ingredients
• 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 medium potatoes into pieces
• 1 onion, chopped
• 25 almonds
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 piece of hard bread
• 80-100 cc sunflower oil
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
Put in a pot cut cauliflower into florets, potatoes and onion into pieces. Add water to cover and take a little salt.
Bake over medium heat for about 15 minutes, checking that the cauliflower is tender, but not too. Cauliflower Strain and reserve.
For the sauce, fry the sliced garlic and almonds in oil.
Garlic and almonds from the pan is then removed and diced bread in the same oil fry.
Whisk together garlic, almond oil together with some broth and cooking cauliflower (or water) bread.
More water is added, leaving the sauce to the desired texture and season with salt and pepper.
Cauliflower florets serve sprinkled with the sauces or dressing.
