Ingredients for 6 people
• 3 cups textured soy
• 2 cups pineapple, cut into pieces
• 12 onions, finely chopped
• 12 cups finely chopped parsley
• Complete lettuce leaves (the necessary)
• Salt to taste
• Garlic powder
• Chile de árbol finely parties (to taste)
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 sliced tomato (optional)
• 1 lemon
Preparation
We soak the soybeans in water with the juice of 1 lemon for at least 15 min. Meanwhile, we split the pineapple, onion, parsley, and peppers into small pieces.
You put in a pan a tablespoon of olive oil and fry the onion, then add the peppers. We drain them and add soy sauce too. Since it is seasoned you put salt, garlic powder, soy sauce and move it until the ingredients are well mixed, then add pineapple and parsley and moves until it is well blended.
Preheat oven to 100 degrees as we start the ciabatta and prepare a stew with soybeans, put in the oven to finish heating. Since they are ready, add the tomatoes, lettuce and season if desired with grain mustard.
