Simple and rich vegetable pate recipe olive tapenade. It is proposed with green olives but we can do the same with black olives. Yummy!
Ingredients
• 100g pitted green olives
• Water 1 tablespoon olives
• One less than the olives handful of walnuts, pistachios or peanuts
• 1 clove garlic

Preparation
Mix the olives with dried fruit, add the tablespoon water and minced garlic. We beat everything together. We can correct the breadcrumb texture.
Serve with toast.
