This vegan cheese can save it in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

It is interesting to experiment with other nuts instead of almonds. A good option is the raw cashews, which give the same texture as almonds and a touch different in taste, very cheesy.

While there is a vegan Parmesan cheese type on the market, this option is handy home and significantly cheaper than commercial options.

Brewer's yeast is also a popular nutritional supplement, which consumed in moderation is very suitable for a vegetarian and vegan food. However, if you have yeast, you can make your vegan Parmesan cheese only raw almonds or cashews and a pinch of salt.

With regard to salt, we recommended using iodized salt because iodine is an unusual nutrient in most foods, but fundamental to the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. While we need very little iodine in our diet, it is important to meet the needs, what can be achieved with ease thanks to iodized salt? In some countries it is mandatory that the salt contains iodine.
