Vegan banana cake

Vegan cake recipe easy to prepare for our homemade desserts.

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour (not baking powder)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda (not packed)
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 34 cup brown sugar
• 12 cup vegetable oil
• 5 ripe bananas
• Ground walnuts (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and then add a cup of sugar and oil. This should be relatively homogeneous.

Moreover, bananas must be ground with a fork on a plate, they need to be mature to make it a viscous paste.

Pour the banana and nuts on the other ingredients and stir until you feel it is well mixed.
