Raw pate dried tomatoes

Raw pate recipe dried tomatoes with a hint of almonds. A simple vegan and raw recipe whose secret is the intense flavor of dried tomato. Worth trying.

Ingredients

• 15 dried tomatoes
• 5 tablespoons of raw almonds
• ½ Lemon
• 1 clove garlic
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


Preparation


In a bowl, put the tomatoes with olive oil and let marinate for 10-12 hours.

We squeeze the lemon and reserve juice.

Peel and crush garlic with a mortar.

In the bowl of the mixer, we put the tomatoes with the oil.


Add the clove of crushed garlic, lemon juice, the peeled almonds and a little warm water.

We grind everything well, adding more water if needed.

Let cool in the refrigerator until serving time.
