Potatoes with coconut milk

Easy recipe for potatoes with coconut milk to accompany other dishes.

Ingredients

• 4 medium potatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper


Preparation

Cut the potatoes into wedges and set aside.

In a large pot it is set to heat a tablespoon of olive oil, which add chopped garlic cloves. When are beginning to brown potato is added and given a few turns with a wooden spoon so that it does not point the background.
