Typical spicy Mexican sauce with tomato, jalapeno, cilantro and garlic. The sauce can be made at any temperature and is ideal to accompany any Mexican dish tacos, quesadillas, chilaquiles, etc., or to accompany nachos.

Ingredients

• 6 tomatoes pear (Italian tomato)
• 2 jalapeno peppers (little spicy 1 if desired)
• 12 cups chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 cloves garlic
• Salt to adding taste

Preparation

Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters. Then they put to boil with a little water (the minimum for the tomatoes release their juice and boil break without sticking to the pot), two garlic cloves (unpeeled), jalapenos and a pinch of salt. We'll let everything simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

We will grind the garlic and peel them all together. Then strain it to remove the tomato skin and jalapenos. Finally, we add the minced cilantro and test to see if necessary, add a little more salt.

Serve in a bowl apart so that each one the amount of hot sauce you want to be served.
