Cake recipe flavored with vanilla, cinnamon pear and lemon.
Ingredients
• 3 ripe pears (preferably conference)
• 1 sheet of puff pastry
• 1 teaspoon margarine
• 750 cl. Soymilk
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 vanilla pod
• 5 level tablespoons cornmeal
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Grease a pan with margarine and cover with the pastry, pressing lightly to adjust well to the mold. Click the bubbles with a fork. Fold the edge of the pastry inwards to rounding and avoid leaving peaks.
Wash, cut the pears into quarters and peel. Pear Cut each quarter in half, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with plastic film to prevent rust.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Reserve half a cup of milk and put the rest into the fire with the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Let simmer, covered for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes mixing the reserved milk with the cornstarch and incorporate it into what it is boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when boiling break again.
Remove the cinnamon and vanilla pears and cover with mixture. Put in the oven for 30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
