Frisuelos vegan recipe. They are very similar to crepes, easy to make for breakfast, snacks or desserts.
Ingredients
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups soy milk (it is also possible to use other vegetable drinks)
• 1 ripe banana
• Orange or lemon zest (optional)
• 1 tablespoon anise (optional)
• 1/3 cup olive oil
Preparation
Pour the flour in a deep dish. Crush other banana in a bowl until it is like a puree and mix it with soy milk. The mixture banana and soya milk in the bowl of wheat flour is poured.
