Lemon water-ice

Simple recipe for lemon water-ice. Easy and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

• 8 juicy lemons
• 250 g. of sugar
• 1 liter of water

Preparation

Squeeze lemons and add the water.

Mix sugar apart with a little water and add water with lemon.

Put everything in a bowl and leave it in the freezer. We stir the mixture every 15 or 20 min. to avoid the blocks.

Once frosty serve in a jar.
