Ingredients for 8 servings
• 10 bananas
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar (or other natural sweetener)
• 1 shot of rum
• The juice of one lemon
• 1 cup water
Preparation
In a saucepan over low heat we make a syrup by mixing sugar, rum and a glass of water
Peel bananas, cut into slices and add to syrup. Stirring it for about 15 minutes, let it cook until the banana is unraveling. We put out the fire and had everything in a blender.
When cool, add the lemon juice, being careful not to drop into any seed, and ended up beating all together.
We deal in small dessert bowls, allowing it to cool in the refrigerator.
Serve very cold, garnished with a few slices of banana. We can also put black chocolate chips, shredded coconut or some strawberry syrup, depending on your preferences.
