Ingredients
• 300 g. Wheat flour
• 125-150 g. Cornmeal
• 24 g. Baking powder (approx. 3 tablespoons)
• 150 g. Brown sugar
• 1 soy yogurt (or 1 - 2 pieces of fruit such as banana, apple ...)
• 1 cup sunflower oil
• 2,1/2 cups of soymilk
Preparation
Set the oven heated to about 220 degrees Celsius.
Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix the soy yogurt or chopped fruit, sunflower oil, soy milk and add what you want to flavor, we beat with mixer and sugar gradually check.
Then add the flour and yeast mixture and mix well.
