Crispy rice (rice sticks)

Vegan rice sticks. Home snack made from rice and seeds, pear ideal to have on hand when you fancy something sweet.

Ingredients

• 2 rice cakes
• 1 tablespoon grated coconut
• 4 tablespoons of molasses rice or barley
• 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
• 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
• 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Preparation
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds washed. They roasted in a pan a little (separately because each has a different time).

In a bowl or dish rice cakes crumble and add the grated coconut. Molasses is put to boil in a pan (without adding water) and stir with a wooden spatula.

When we see that is liquid, you add all the other ingredients. Put on low heat and mix well until compact mass.

The mass is poured into a mold (if you want you can paint with a little olive oil) and flatten it well with a wooden spatula or wet hands.


Allow to cool to room temperature. If you want crisper put before serving a few minutes in the oven.

Cut to the desired extent and ready to eat when cool.
