Avocado mousse with chocolate

For those who have not tried the avocado in sweet recipes, this is a good opportunity for surprise. An easy vegan recipe for sweet avocado mousse with a hint of chocolate.

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation: 35 min.

Serves: 4

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 lemon
• 5 tablespoons of sugar (though actually you can add more or less depending on personal taste. Always bearing in mind that the mousse was served cold and sweet will notice a little less than at room temperature)
• ½ Cup dark chocolate chips
• Chocolate shavings for garnish

Preparation

Avocados cut off and will draw along the entire pulp. Then we'll beat with sugar and lemon juice. Once we have found that the amount of fresh we want, add chocolate chips and serve in small containers that will keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve the mousse. It must be cold, so if prepared with short notice, I could put in the freezer about 20 minutes. To serve, you can decorate the top with chocolate shavings. It is sufficient to use a grater to remove them from any chocolate bar we have at home.

Comments Recipe

Although the amount of mousse that comes with the indicated ingredients in this recipe may seem small for four people, it is recommended that the portions are small because the avocado is a very consistent result.
