Ingredients
• 4 tablespoons of chickpea flour
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Half teaspoon salt
• 75 ml water
• Mixed vegetables, peppers into strips, onions into rings, cauliflower into small florets, zucchini slices, sliced eggplant, potatoes into thin slices, etc.
Preparation
First together with chickpea flour teaspoon baking powder and salt, mixing everything well. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and 75 ml of water. It beat until the dough is smooth. We'll have the dough ready to coat the vegetables and make our Indian pakoras.
Wash and dry the vegetables and cut into slices (or strips).
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. The fire should be medium-high, but controlling it will not come to burn.
