Buckwheat with broccoli

A simple vegan recipe for buckwheat as a suggestion to prepare this pseudo cereal. This time he is accompanied by broccoli, leek and carrot, but like all drugs, is at your disposal to be modified.

Ingredients for 2 people

• 100 g. Buckwheat (corresponds to 12 cup = 125 ml.)
• 250 ml. Water (1 cup = 250 ml.)
• 250 g. Broccoli
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 medium leek
• 3 medium carrots
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

First, we prepare all the vegetables and reserve separately. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the leeks into slices. Wash and cut the carrots into sticks. Broccoli florets separated with the help of a knife. We can also use the stem of broccoli, peeling and discarding the hardest part of the skin. The rest will cut into sticks as we have done with the carrot.

In a fry pan gravy boat type over high heat and when minced garlic begins to brown, add the leek. We went down to medium-high heat, give a few laps with wooden spoon and add the carrots. Stir occasionally while depressed for 2 minutes.

Serves: 4

• Quinoa 1 cup (250 ml.)
• 2 glasses of water (12 liter)
• 1 generous tablespoon raisins
• 1 dash of olive oil (75 ml. Approx.)
• ½ Onion
• 1 medium carrot
• 1 medium zucchini
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• ½ Tablespoon cinnamon
• ½ Lemon
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro (alternative parsley)
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Over high heat, put in a saucepan quinoa, water and raisins. Salt and pepper and bring to boil. Once the water boils, we will lower the heat to medium-low intensity until the quinoa has absorbed water and has acquired its characteristic soft, semi-transparent appearance. It will take approximately 20 minutes. (See, for cooking quinoa as the proportion is rice grain and one part water 2).

Meanwhile, we will wash, peel them and itch into squares onion, carrot and zucchini. (If they are organic it is best to leave the skin of the carrot and zucchini).

Braised cabbage

It is as simple as delicious recipe. Braised red cabbage with a touch of paprika is a traditional recipe vegan and we can enjoy throughout the year.

• 1 kilo of cabbage (approx.)
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon paprika (sweet or spicy to taste)
• 1 of vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Pepper and salt

Preparation

Cut the cabbage into strips and wash under running water. Set it to cook with a little salt for about 10-15 min., until tender.

In a frying pan wide enough to heat two tablespoons olive oil. Peel and chop garlic with the onion cut into strips. Add the tablespoon of paprika, we stroll with wooden spoon and add the cabbage follow immediately after. Stir with spoon, season and add a generous splash of vinegar.

Curry Gobi - cauliflower curry

Gobi curry recipe is a vegan cauliflower Indian style. The intensity of the spices contrasts with the soft touch cauliflower and coconut milk. A simple, surefire exotic dish.

Preparation: 50 min.

Ingredients for 2 people

• 400 g. Cauliflower
• 1 onion
• 2 teaspoon garam masala (mixture of spices from India)
• 1 teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 200 ml coconut milk (Approx. 140 g. )
• 200 ml water

Preparation

Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash them well under running water with the help of a strainer and reserve.

Chop the onion and reserve.

In a bowl we put the spices garam masala, turmeric and pepper with 2 tablespoons of water. Mix to obtain a smooth paste. (Beware! Spices are given in teaspoons dessert).

We heat to medium-high heat (69) 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet wide and high. When the oil is hot pour the spice mixture and stir for half a minute (we see that the oil is absorbed by the mixture). Add the chopped onions and let stirring every bit with the wooden spoon for about 5 minutes. Add the cauliflower florets. We let everything right mix for another 2 minutes, stirring gently.

Tumbet Mallorca

Tumbet is a typical Mallorcan vegan dish that is itself a main course. This dish is eaten in Mallorca both hot and cold in the summer months.

Difficulty: medium

Ingredients

• 1 large onion
• 1 large eggplant
• 2 green peppers
• 1 zucchini
• 4 potatoes
• Crushed Tomatoes
• Olive oil
• 1 bay leaf, salt and brown sugar

Preparation

In a pot, we fry garlic in olive oil, pour the crushed tomatoes and cook 2 bay leaves, salt and sugar to make a homemade tomato sauce.

(I sometimes add a carrot pieces in tomato to not add sugar, apart gives you more creaminess to the sauce)

While cooked tomatoes are sliced all the vegetables and wash.

In hot oil, fry the sliced potatoes, drain, sprinkle with salt and place in a serving bowl I can go in the oven, Mallorca is put into a pot of low, wide mud, greixonera.

We continue frying vegetables, this time the onion into slices and put on the potatoes.

We continue with zucchini, fry, add salt and bring to the onion.

Continue with eggplant, fry, add salt and put over the zucchini.

Wheat bread 3 cereals

Vegan recipe for brown bread, three grains. Blender without a rich and healthy cereal, bread we can do and bake at home.

Ingredients
• 1 cup rye flour
• 3 / 4 cup whole wheat flour (or spelled flour if you prefer)

Preparation
Turn the oven to preheat to 150 degrees.

Pour into a large bowl, all the dry ingredients and mix well by hand to fit snugly together. Add the soy milk, oil and molasses. Mix everything with a fork (no need to beat) until the mixture is smooth. Put the dough in a baking pan and decorate with poppy seeds.

Bake at 150 for one hour. Remove from oven and wait 10 minutes before unmolding.

Baked vegetables

Multicolor dish baked vegetables. Perfect to serve with rice, couscous, bulgur, quinoa, etc.

Ingredients

• 1 eggplant
• 1 zucchini
• 1 large potato
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 3 medium tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 1 fennel
• 1 kg. Mushroom
• 1 dozen asparagus
• 4 generous tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash the eggplant and zucchini and cut into slices 12 cm. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Remove the red and green peppers pips and stems; wash them and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces.

Wash tomatoes and split them in two. Peel the onion, wash and cut to form rings. Clean and wash the fennel leaves separated one by one. Cut the sandy part of the foot of the mushrooms, wash well to remove all dirt and split them in half. Asparagus remove the hard part of the stem and wash them.

Cauliflower Ajoarriero

Cauliflower recipe garlic carrier.

Ingredients

• 1 medium cauliflower
• 2 potatoes
• 5 or 6 Garlic
• Virgin olive oil
• Sweet and hot paprika
• Red wine or vinegar (optional)

Preparation


Cook whole cauliflower and potatoes, unpeeled in a pan with boiling water and salt. It is advisable to cook it too, so do not throw. The sweet spot is when soft but whole.

Meanwhile, put to boil in a pan a little oil. Dora the sliced garlic in it. Remove from heat and take a teaspoon of paprika and a little spicy, stir with a wooden paddle and return to the heat. Adds quickly, to prevent burning and bitter pepper whole dish, a splash of wine (or vinegar). Let simmer a few minutes.

Drain the vegetables. Divide the cauliflower into its branches, and peel and dice the potatoes. Place it all on the plate and drizzle with sauce.

Cauliflower with almond sauce

Cauliflower recipe with a rich sauce of almonds.

Ingredients

• 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 medium potatoes into pieces
• 1 onion, chopped
• 25 almonds
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 piece of hard bread
• 80-100 cc sunflower oil
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

Put in a pot cut cauliflower into florets, potatoes and onion into pieces. Add water to cover and take a little salt.

Bake over medium heat for about 15 minutes, checking that the cauliflower is tender, but not too. Cauliflower Strain and reserve.

For the sauce, fry the sliced garlic and almonds in oil.

Broccoli with tomato sauce

Vegan recipe for broccoli with tomato sauce, onion, red and green pepper. Broccoli or broccoli is a versatile food that can be prepared in multiple ways, as the main ingredient in soups, stews, rice dishes, salads, etc.

Ingredients

• 500 grams of broccoli
• 1 medium onion
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 400 grams of crushed tomatoes (or tomato sauce already prepared)
• Ground cayenne pepper
• Salt
• Oil

Preparation

Chop broccoli and wash well under running water. Cooking for 3 to 4 minutes to steam.

Meanwhile, in a pan with a little oil a sauce with chopped onion and red and green peppers cut into strips it is made.

Once fry lightly in butter the crushed tomatoes, salt and pepper is added. Fried tomato with stirring until the sauce thickens. You can correct the acidity of the tomatoes with a little sugar. (You can also do with tomato sauce already prepared)

Finally the cooked broccoli and everything is cooked with about another 3 minutes is added.

Comments Recipe

It is recommended to sprinkle over the plate a little vegan Parmesan cheese type.

Creamed Spinach with Pippin

This recipe, taken from the original base of creamed spinach, but adds a special touch acid-sweet apple.

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation: 40 min.

Ingredients

• 500 grams of spinach (fresh or frozen)
• 300 ml of béchamel light
• One russet (or grand smith)
• 1 clove garlic
• Virgin olive oil
• Salt and black pepper

Preparation

Clean the spinach if fresh. Cook them in salted water until soft. Drain well and reserve.

Mince garlic and put in a pan with olive oil. Add the spinach and fry a few minutes. Corrects salt and sprinkle some black pepper.

Meanwhile, make a béchamel light, and add one russet or Grand Smith cooked and mashed with a fork. Microwave, peeled and cut into chunks, apple cooked quickly.

Joins the béchamel to spinach and mix well.

Serve very hot.

Seitan Sauce

Seitan recipe sauce. A vegan recipe with an intense flavor

Ingredients

• 400 g. Sliced seitan (seitan can be purchased or made at home do see preparation of seitan)
• 1 onion
• Soy sauce
• Fresh ginger (the size of a clove of garlic)
• Garlic
• Lemon juice
• Vinegar
• White wine
• Tahini (optional - is tahini or sesame paste tahini and is very rich in calcium.)
• Vegetable oil
• Thyme
• Sugar
• Salt and pepper

Preparation

First prepare the sauce and then the slices of grilled seitan.

Dilute in half a glass of water with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside. Chop the ingredients for the sauce onions, garlic and ginger.

First fry onions and when tender garlic, ginger, tahini (optional) is cast Salt and pepper and add a mussel vinegar and a wine, lemon juice and half glass of water with sugar.

Chia Water

Chia Water is a traditional drink in Central America and southern Mexico, and used by the Mayans and Aztecs. Here you have a simple recipe to prepare raw vegan, which will bring you all the benefits of this very special seed.

Ingredients for 4 glasses

• 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
• Juice of 2 lemons (or 3 limes)
• 3 tablespoons approx. Agave syrup (or other sweetener)

Preparation


Let soak Chia seeds in 1 cup of water at least 1 hour. We will remove from time to time to avoid clumping seeds.

Besides, in another pot, we mix well what remains of a liter of water with lemon juice and agave nectar, preparing a lemonade. We will ensure that no lemon seeds fall into the jar.

When Chia seeds have macerated it will join lemonade and mix well. We leave it to cool in the refrigerator.

Serve cold, stirring to evenly distribute first seeds in the jar and glasses. Chia seeds are not strained, as will seize all their nutrients (especially if you chew).

Masala Chai

It is a recipe for spiced tea, originally from India, but widespread throughout the world. Very intense and even spicy flavor, it is a truly invigorating drink. There are many variations with black or green tea, various flavors like clove, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, etc.

• 2 cups water
• 3 tablespoons black tea
• 1 cup soy milk
• 4 cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 8 or 10 cardamom pods
• 1 piece of 1 cm. approx. ginger
• 6 tablespoons sugar or other natural sweetener

Preparation

We heat the water over medium heat with the cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and ginger. We watch until it reaches a boil first. After we cover the casserole and turning down the heat, thus leaving about ten minutes or so. Then add the milk and sugar and wait it begins to boil again. Immediately add tea and turn off the stove and let it rest covered for about 3 minutes. Previously straining serve tea.

Digestive juice, apple, papaya and pineapple

Rico digestive juice with apple, papaya and pineapple, a combination that makes this drink very nice. Perfect for mid-morning or afternoon.

Ingredients for 4 glasses

• 1 large apple
• 3 slices of fresh pineapple
• 1 cup chopped papaya (peeled and seeded)

Preparation

Ingredients

Almond milk

Ingredients for 4 glasses

• 1 cup peeled raw almonds (200 gr. Approx.)
• 1 liter of water
• Optional dates, a banana or agave syrup

Preparation

In a blender container suitable for left soaking the almonds in a liter of water at least 2 hours to hydrate the almonds and easier processing.

We grind almonds with mixer together with water in which they have been hydrated. Almond should be well crushed.

With the help of a clean cloth (e.g. Cotton) Strain and squeeze the mixture well, we shake. The resulting liquid is appreciated raw milk and vegan almonds.

Fillets fried eggplant

Vegan recipe fillets fried and breaded eggplant. A simple and delicious accompaniment to rice dishes or sauces.

Serves: 4

• 1 large eggplant
• 3/4 cups of water
• 3/4 cups of flour
• 1/2 teaspoons oregano
• 1/2 teaspoons cumin
• Merquén a pinch of pepper (see alternatives in the comments)
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

Preparation
Wash and peel eggplant along filleting of no more than 12 cm. Book.

In a separate bowl, place 34 cup of water about, add flour, oregano, cumin, merquén and salt, stir until all ingredients are incorporated and was not too thick nor too liquid batter, you can add water or flour to correct texture.

Hawaiian Chapatas

Ingredients for 6 people

• 3 cups textured soy
• 2 cups pineapple, cut into pieces

A recipe for vegan cheese nachos, for sandwiches, tacos, etc. Preparation is simple Mix the dry ingredients and then the others (Except the miso and cilantro if we use them-are optional); then we heat it over medium heat, stirring constantly our cheese sauce until thick and smooth texture.

Ingredients

• 120 ml. Flour (choose the one you prefer)
• 120 ml. Flakes yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet or spicy)
• 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoons dried oregano
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
• 480 ml. Water or vegetable milk (unsweetened)
• 60 ml. Olive oil
• 12 teaspoon mustard
• Optional 12 teaspoon white miso (shiromiso)
• Optional 60 ml chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation


Preparation is simple, first mix the dry ingredients, mix well and add the remaining ingredients (except the miso and cilantro if you're going to put cilantro) gradually to go ligand. At the end, we heat the resulting mixture to the desired texture.

1. Mix the flour, yeast and spices in a pot.

2. Let adding and mixing slowly water (or vegetable milk), olive oil and mustard.

Pakoras

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons of chickpea flour
• 2 teaspoons oil
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• Half teaspoon salt
• 75 ml water
• Mixed vegetables, peppers into strips, onions into rings, cauliflower into small florets, zucchini slices, sliced eggplant, potatoes into thin slices, etc.

Preparation

First together with chickpea flour teaspoon baking powder and salt, mixing everything well. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil and 75 ml of water. It beat until the dough is smooth. We'll have the dough ready to coat the vegetables and make our Indian pakoras.

Greek dolmades with chard leaves

The dolmades are some tasty rice rolls stuffed with a peculiar taste for its dressing. Traditionally made with grape leaves. If you do not know where to get vine leaves, we suggest this vegan recipe an alternative version with chard leaves.

Preparation: 35 min.

Ingredients for 6 serve

• 1 spring onion
• 1 cup rice (preferably round grain)
• 8 sheets of whole chard as possible
• 1 lemon
• 1/2 cup olive oil (and a bit more to fry)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 teaspoon dill
• Salt

Preparation


Cut it fine chive and put you in a pot with a little oil and rice that you previously washed a few times to get the starch. Fry over a low heat few minutes and add 5 cups of warm water. We will cover and let boil.

Meanwhile, we prepare the dressing with which we will bathe the dolmades. For this shall squeeze the lemon juice and seeds withdraw. Itch very fine tooth add garlic and lemon as well as teaspoon dill, ½ cup of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix with a fork and leave aside.

Will wash the chard leaves carefully so we do not break. They cut off the stems and will stay only green part (stems, of course, you can then use them for soup or other dishes).

Caponatina

Sicilian origin dish ideal for tapas. It is a sweet and sour eggplant appetizer.

Ingredients

• 3 eggplants
• 4 strips of white celery
• 2 onions
• 3 tomatoes
• Olives
• Capers
• Salt
• Sugar
• Olive oil

Preparation

We fry the eggplant cubes in a pan with a couple tablespoons of olive oil

Separately in another bowl braise the sliced onions, add the celery, cut into 1 cm. piece. Add the olives, pitted and halved (for example), also capers.

Cover and let simmer for a while. Then add chopped peeled tomatoes and eggplants and fries.

Aloo Masala - Potatoes Indian style

Vegan recipe Aloo Masala, potatoes Indian style, is easy to prepare and requires few rare ingredients, which makes it accessible for everyone. In a short time we can enjoy these delicious spicy potatoes India.

Wrinkled potatoes with mojo

The traditional Canarian dish of potatoes with mojo sauce. We will use small potatoes we can get, but ideally will use varieties of nice Canary potatoes or black pope. It is accompanied with mojos typical.

Potatoes with garlic and paprika

Ingredients
• 3 large or 4 medium potatoes
• 4 to 6 cloves
• 13 cups (of wine) vinegar approx.
• 1 teaspoon paprika approx.
• Oil for frying


Preparation


Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices and fry.

As they do, crush the garlic in a mortar with a little salt to facilitate the work. Mix in a glass vinegar with paprika and pour the crushed garlic (the more vinegar and stronger garlic flavor).

Vegan tortilla chips, recipe without egg. The preparation is identical to the traditional Spanish tortilla chips, but the egg is replaced by a mixture of water and chickpea flour.

Ingredients
• 3 or 4 medium potatoes
• 1 onion (optional)
• 5-8 tablespoons of chickpea flour
• 12 grated zucchini or tomatoes, cut into small pieces
• Frying oil
• Salt

Preparation

The process of omelette without egg is equal to the conventional tortilla beaten egg simply a mixture of chickpea flour and water must be replaced.

Potatoes with coconut milk

Easy recipe for potatoes with coconut milk to accompany other dishes.

Ingredients

• 4 medium potatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper


Preparation

Cut the potatoes into wedges and set aside.

Ingredients

• Potatoes

• Mushroom

• Oil

Preparation

• 200 g. Flour
• 16 g. Baking powder

Raw avocado mousse and chocolate

Raw recipe chocolate mousse and avocado sweetened with agave syrup. A perfect vegan recipe for a delicious dessert.

Difficulty: easy

Preparation: 10 min.

Serves: 4

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1/2 cup agave nectar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional)
• Pinch vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation


Cut the avocados lengthwise in half to remove the bone easily and put the pulp with a spoon in the bowl of the mixer. Add the agave nectar and cocoa powder and beat everything well until the texture is smooth.

We put our raw mousse on containers (bowls or cups) where we go to serve and let cool in the refrigerator. A good idea is to alternate layers of fruit (strawberries, kiwi, etc.) and mousse in the glasses before putting it in the fridge.

Vegan apple strudel

Now we can preheat the oven to 190-200 degrees.

After leaving the dough, roll it out with a rolling pin on a floured clean kitchen cloth (which will help us to roll up the strudel). The dough should be very thin and a size of approx. 25x30 cm.  Once the dough stretched we put a thin layer of margarine and sprinkle breadcrumbs.

Oatmeal pudding

A vegan pudding recipe easy to make oatmeal. Most our friend suggested we do it with a little milk to oatmeal, a few tablespoons of cornstarch and something to sweeten (e.g. sugar).

Ingredients for 5 serving

• 1 liter of oat milk
• 1/2 cup sugar (if the milk is sweetened reduce added sugar.)
• 3 tbsp. corn starch

Preparation

Place the cold or at room temperature vegetable milk in a saucepan over low heat. While stirring,add cornstarch. Add the sugar and continue stirring.

Heat over low heat and when it begins to thicken, continue stirring for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and place in molds.

Cool in the refrigerator for the oatmeal, pudding curdle well.

Unmold into bowls and garnish to taste.

Tart grapes

American grapes cake type. Adapting from a vegan grape cake recipe.

Difficulty: medium

Preparation: 50 min.

Ingredients for 5 people

• 2 cups flour
• 1,1/2 cup 100% vegetable margarine
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar (to the ground)
• 14 cups cold water
• 5 cups of grapes (purple, preferably)
• 1 cup sugar (for filling)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation


If the grapes have seeds will use, the first step is to cut one by one all the grapes in half to remove seeds. Obviously, we can skip this step if you have purchased seedless grapes. • 1/3 soy milk (or any other vegetable milk)

FILLING
• 1kg pumpkin
• 1/2 cups brown sugar cane
• 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

We start washing the pumpkin. Then cut them into pieces and we will remove the shell. Then we will put it in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick and cover water, pouring over sugar. We'll put over high heat and when it begins to boil, we go down to medium heat and leave covered baking for about one hour, checking occasionally that has not consumed all the water so we do not burn.

Vegan coconut pudding

It is a recipe for vegan coconut flan, an easy dessert to prepare. Besides coconut milk is used the almond, but worth other vegetable milks. First explains how making candy and then the pudding.

• 2 cups sugar for the caramel
• 400 ml of coconut milk
• 4 cups almond milk

Panna cotta vegan

Vegan version of this delicious Italian dessert. The panna cotta is a kind of custard topped with raspberry sauce or berries.

• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon powdered agar
• 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

• Some water

Preparation

Mix soy milk, sugar, vanilla and agar-agar and put it in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring all the time. Bring to the boil wait 30 seconds and remove from heat. Then we'll take the mixture in individual pudding molds (or cups) and let cool in the refrigerator until set (about two hours).

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Vegan recipe for oatmeal cookies. They are delicious for breakfast or lunch and is also a very healthy choice of cookies. Instead of raisins, you can put other dried fruit such as dried cherries.

Ingredients

• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 5 tablespoons of molasses (rice, sugar cane, etc.)
• 12 cup oil
• 12 cup soy milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Cinnamon (to taste)
• Raisins (to taste)
• 1 tablespoon yeast

Preparation

The ingredients in a bowl and mix all gradually.

Preparation

Ingredients

• 250 g. Tiger nuts
• 1 liter of water
• 250 g. of sugar
• 1 piece of lemon peel
• 1 small piece of cinnamon

Preparation

Groundnuts to soak for 24 hours get. Throughout the day we will be changing the water several times. After this time, they take away the water and wash well. Notice that has swollen as a result of hydration.

Cocopán (vegan marzipan)

A Cocopán recipe vegan, a vegan dessert easy to prepare. This is a different version of traditional Jewish Spanish marzipan.

Ingredients


• 250 grams of peeled and finely ground almonds
• 200 grams of sugar
• 50 grams of grated coconut
• 125 ml. of water
• Juice of half an orange
• Half teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Dissolve sugar in a large bowl with water and orange juice to a thick syrup. Add the cinnamon and continue mixing.

Ground almonds and coconut is then added and mix with a fork until the consistency is that of dough thick enough to work it, but not too dry.

Form balls and place on the baking sheet, greased or covered with baking paper. You have to leave some space between them because the baking tends to flatten. Place the tray in the middle of the oven and bake for about fifteen or twenty minutes, until the top layer is beginning to brown.

Crispy rice (rice sticks)

Vegan rice sticks. Home snack made from rice and seeds, pear ideal to have on hand when you fancy something sweet.

Ingredients

• 2 rice cakes
• 1 tablespoon grated coconut
• 4 tablespoons of molasses rice or barley
• 4 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
• 4 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
• 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Preparation
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds washed. They roasted in a pan a little (separately because each has a different time).

In a bowl or dish rice cakes crumble and add the grated coconut. Molasses is put to boil in a pan (without adding water) and stir with a wooden spatula.

Preparation

Bramborak - Czech potato pancakes

Ingredients for 2 people

• 2 medium potatoes

Tofu and zucchini croquettes
