Vegan recipe for homemade pizza. This recipe explained from the dough preparation and baking ingredients until the suggestion. There are many options preparing vegetarian pizzas, each one will give a personal touch, with the addition of the fun of making our own pizzas at home.

Ingredients for 2 people
• 300 g of wheat flour
• 20 g of compressed baker's yeast (or envelope baking powder)
• 1 cup warm water
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Homemade tomato sauce
• Mixed raw vegetables, of which are at hand onion, green pepper, red pepper, broccoli, mushrooms ...
• Salt and black pepper
• Oil
• Black olives
• Oregano
Preparation
Make a volcano with the flour and place in the center the yeast dissolved in warm water, salt and oil. Massive first with fingers and then with your hands. You have to work until all ingredients are to be bound and the light mass.
Put it in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth and near a source of indirect heat (e.g. preheated oven and off).
When doubled in volume, about an hour, extend it on a floured surface with a rolling pin. You can give round or square, and let the thickness you like, if you want it crunchy (fine) or spongy (thick).
Paint it very lightly with oil and with a fork across the surface. Now top with the tomato sauce, spread across the surface, and over the rest of the ingredients. At the end you can sprinkle with oregano and a little oil, salt and pepper.
Finally, decorate with black olives.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Enter it for 15-20 minutes, or until you see begins to brown and the dough is ready.
