Another recipe for vegetable pate, now with Mushrooms. Easy and rich as the rest of pates with earthy and intense mushroom flavor.
Ingredients
• 500 grams of mushrooms
• 1 large onion
• Breadcrumbs
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice approximately 12
• Salt
• Oregano
• Basil
• Parsley
Preparation
Wash and chop the mushrooms and onion into small pieces. The smaller, less it will take to make the pate.
Fry everything in a pan with a splash of olive oil
Once you have poached, add a pinch of salt, oregano, and basil and lemon juice.
In a bowl we beat them all with electric mixer while we add breadcrumbs gradually until the desired consistency.
Allow to cool.

It is important to properly wash the mushrooms so that there is no soil. Therefore, before washing it is advisable to first cut the last piece of stem, where all soil is.
