Spicy Mushrooms

Recipe spicy mushrooms with a hint of red wine. A simple dish of intense flavors that nevertheless requires a few days of preparation leading up to the oil macerate and are imbued with the taste of spices.

Ingredients

• 200 g of whole mushrooms
• 1 baguette bread
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Red wine (quality)
• 1 or 2 garlic
• 1 or 2 chilies
• Sweet and hot paprika
• Ground black pepper
• Ground white pepper
• Salt

Preparation


In a mortar, crush the peeled garlic and chili with a little salt. Add it to a glass jar with enough oil (such as half a glass), and take a teaspoon of each spice and a little red wine. Let marinate at least a couple of days before preparing the dish.


Peel the mushrooms and cut them foot each. On a griddle, grill or large skillet, pour some oil and cook the marinated mushrooms, a very high heat, back and forth.

Do not cook much, it is just golden. You can add a little more oil if you see much stick.

Place each mushroom atop a toasted slice of bread, and sprinkle with a dash of the same sauce.
