A vegan carrot soup recipe with sweet potatoes (sweet potato) easy to prepare and very tasty. Adds a creamy soup with sweet potato detail a sweet touch. We can vary the recipe to make it a cream just beating all the ingredients at the end of the preparation.
Carrots and sweet potato soup

• 5 carrots
• 1 sweet potato (sweet potato, sweet potato, sweet potato)
• 1 onion
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 vegetable bouillon cube
• 3 cups water
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• Salt and pepper

Preparation
Peel and wash well carrots, sweet potato and onion. Chop the onion and chop the carrots and sweet potatoes.

We serve garnished with a spoonful of natural soy yogurt or toast squares bowls.
