[Recipes]:Leek puree

Easy and tasty recipe for mashed leeks. Leek always gives an intense and tasty flavor, so this recipe is a tasty starter. Serve hot. You can serve with toasted bread croutons.

Ingredients

• 1 kilo of leeks
• 1 onion
• 3 large potatoes
• Olive oil
• Pepper
• Salt
• Vegetable margarine

Preparation

Cut the onion in the oil and fry lightly.

Meanwhile, clean and cut the potatoes and leeks.

When the onion is transparent, add the leeks and potatoes. Fry together a couple of minutes.


Cover everything with water in the pressure cooker, enough so that is not too soggy.

Add one teaspoon of salt (or to taste).

Close the pot and boil 5 minutes from start to beep.

Cool the pot, open, season with a little pepper and a tablespoon of margarine.

Crush, add salt and voila!
