Strawberry gazpacho

Another vegan fruit gazpacho recipe. This time with strawberries, in addition to an intense pink color, gives a special flavor. Cold soups for summer are perfect for both first chilly dish to snack.

Preparation: 20 min.

Serves: 4

• 750 g. ripe tomatoes
• 500 g. Strawberry
• 1 medium onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 small green pepper
• 100 g. bread
• 100 ml. oil
• 50 ml. mild vinegar
• Salt

Preparation

We clean the pepper to keep only the meat, remove the strawberries short tail, tomatoes and wash all right. Chop everything with onion and a minced garlic clove.

Add the diced bread and season with oil and vinegar.


Beat all ingredients together and spent our cold strawberry soup and tomato Chinese or potato masher, leaving a smoother texture.

Let cool in the refrigerator and serve our strawberry gazpacho.
