[Recipes]:Cream of mushroom
Rich cream of mushroom soup recipe. A first perfect to warm vegan dish.
Difficulty: Easy
Preparation: 25 min.
Serves: 4
• 250 g. Clean and sliced mushrooms
• 50 g. Vegetable shortening (or oil)
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 liter and 12 of vegetable broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Saute the mushrooms with hot margarine and add the lemon juice.
Then we roast the flour, put it on a frying pan and stir with a wooden spoon until it turns color.
When the meal is ready, we gradually cold vegetable broth and cook 10 minutes spinning rods.
Then add 23 of sauteed mushrooms and grind everything in a blender. The rest of the mushrooms, season are incorporated and put to fire another 5 minutes.
Serve piping hot.
