The classic Andalusian gazpacho recipe. A first perfect for the warmer months traditional vegan dish. Also ideal as a refreshing summer drink.
Ingredients
• Seven ripe tomatoes
• 1 pepper large (red or green)
• 2 cucumbers
• 12 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• salt
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• For the garnish 1 tomato, 12 pepper, 1 cucumber, 14 onion, 1 piece of bread
Preparation
To prepare the gazpacho will wash and cut all ingredients to beat them with a little water to grind them all well. Then colaremos to remove the shells and test to see if we add more oil, vinegar and salt.
