Raw fruit soup for hot days. A good choice for a first raw vegan dish with watermelon and mango. We hope you like the suggestion.

Serves: 4
• 5 cups of watermelon
• 2 cups mango (peeled and diced)
• 14 cup lime juice
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
• 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or an alternative to sweeten)
Preparation
In the bowl of the mixer or food processor we beat 1 cup mango and 3 cups of watermelon.
What remains of fruit (1 cup and a half of watermelon and mango 1 cup) cut it into small pieces and add to the mix we've beaten.
Mix in a bowl now part lime juice, minced mint, ginger and agave (or whatever you want to add to sweeten). All add to the above mixture and stir well.
Now what remains it is cooled in the refrigerator and serve in a couple of hours.

This raw soup is a suggestion, is delicious as is, but we recommend you try other fruits and change the ingredients to your taste.
