Ingredients
• Firm tofu
• Pan bar (mold)
• Fresh tomatoes
• Romaine lettuce or romaine
• Soy sauce
• Coriander
• Olive oil or canola
Preparation
First of all you have to cut the tofu slices and remove the excess whey.
We heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil. Place the tofu with coriander and decorating, let it brown a bit to take a firmer consistency and a delicious golden brown on both sides.
