Black beans in wine

Recipe rich beans (beans) with a touch of black wine, served with white rice.

Ingredients

• 200 g black beans or black beans
• 60 g rice (white or brown)
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 1 small tomato
• Ground pepper
• 1 bay leaf
• Red wine
• Olive oil and salt

Preparation

Put the beans to soak the night before in cold water.

Prepare a pan with a little oil and fry the garlic, onion, tomato and carrot. All peeled and finely minced.

When everything is poached, add the drained black beans. Pour a little water, a pinch of salt, a bay leaf and a pinch of black pepper, and simmer until soft. If the beans are pot, and come and boiled with water and salt, leave a few minutes to take good flavors.

Add a splash of red wine, and let the fire a couple of minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the rice in salted water. Drain, but without rinsing, and put it in a glass or cup, which will mold you.

For the presentation placed in the center of the plate rice demolded (you only have to put the cup upside down and carefully remove), and around and cooked beans.

Serve very hot.
