Easy vegan burger recipe red lentils. • 250 g. Red lentils
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 bunch parsley
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons wheat flour or bread crumbs
• Enough oil for frying (you can also make baked)
Preparation
Wash the lentils under running water and put them to soak for about an hour and a half.
After this time we strain well lentils and put them in a large bowl. We are interested that they are well drained.
Add to bowl the chopped parsley and garlic, also minced, 1 tablespoon turmeric and other ground cumin. Salt, pepper, add 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir well.
