Recipe for marinated tofu. We cook the tofu to the previously impregnated with scents iron.
Ingredients
• 1 block firm tofu
• Fresh ginger (about 5 centimeters)
• 2 cloves garlic
• One fine spring onion
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
• Salt and pepper
Preparation
Tofu, cut into pieces of about one centimeter. Place them on a flat dish.
Grate the ginger and garlic.
Remove the outer layer of chives and washing. Cut about 3 cm and chop the white part of both.
Mix the lemon juice, garlic, ginger, chopped onions and soy sauce.
Cover the tofu with the mixture and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat griddle (or a pan) with a little sunflower oil; when hot, add the tofu and a little juice maceration. Remove when golden brown tofu (a couple of minutes per side).
Comments Recipe
We can serve as decoration accompanied by a few leaves of lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, cherry tomatoes, radishes and a few onions into thin strips. All seasoned with a vinaigrette
