Salad recipe red beans with olive pate. Another example of a creative and nutritious salad perfect for eating with a bowl of cereal (rice, couscous, bulgur, pasta, etc. ...)
Ingredients
• Varied lettuce leaves (iceberg, oak leaves, chicory, baby green and red leaf, arugula, lettuce ...)
• 1 carrot
• 1 clove garlic
• 300 g. Red beans cooked
• 50 g. Sweet corn
• 20 black olives
• 1 or 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Peel the carrots and cut into lengthwise slices (with cut potato) and reserve in cold water so they curl.
Crush the garlic in a mortar with a grain of salt. Add the olives and the oil and blend to a smooth paste.
Wash the lettuce and cut his hands to prevent them from darkening.
Mix the cooked and drained beans with maize.
Placing a bottom plate of lettuce leaves it is mounted. Above them, in the center, the mixture of beans and corn, all season sauce with olives.
Finally, the dish is decorated with strips of carrot reserved before.
