Simple recipe for green beans with veganaise. A touch of color to carrots veganaise is added and cooked beans cold, veggie type service, to go dipping in soy mayonnaise.
Ingredients
• 150 g. Green beans
• Soy mayonnaise (veganaise)
• 2 cooked carrots (to color the veganaise)
• Salt
Preparation
Boil the green beans in water with a little salt until they are soft, but not too much.
Drain and served at room temperature or cold soy mayonnaise to which have been added two or three cooked during preparation for color carrots.
Comments Recipe
Serve so you can go picking beans and soaking them in the sauce, to taste.
