Quince salad and tofu

Quince salad recipe tofu. This salad is delicious and the sweet-salty contrast ingredients.

Preparation: 10 min.

Ingredients

• Lettuce
• Quince
• Tofu
• Garlic
• Paprika
• Soy sauce
• Olive oil
• Salt and ground pepper


Preparation


Clean and cut the lettuce.

Part the quince into cubes and set aside.

In a skillet, add olive oil to heat and brown the garlic in foil. Add a tablespoon of paprika, stir quickly so they do not burn, and take a good plenty soy sauce. Adding salt and pepper to increasing taste.


As part tofu into pieces and sauté in the pan with the garlic until golden, about minutes.

Place in a bowl with salad fund over and quince sauce tofu, and sprinkle leftover sauce in the pan above.
