Raspberry vinaigrette

Vinaigrette with a touch of raspberry jam. A different for our salad dressing.

Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
• 1 pinch of dill
• Cold water 1 teaspoon

Preparation


Beat well with a fork a few seconds until smooth consistency and wash the salad, which will be ready to eat. The salad will not need salt (or need very little) because soy sauce and provides sufficient. Of course you can prepare vinaigrette much as you like by simply following proportions
