Recipe vegan mushroom burgers. Easy and delicious recipe with seasonal mushrooms or mushrooms and a hint of nuts. Highly recommended.
Ingredients
• 1 cup mushrooms collected (or sliced mushrooms).
• 1 copy small sting carrots, onions, zucchini.
• 1 handful of peanuts cashew pinions (preferably unsalted).
• 2 cups breadcrumbs.
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.
• Pepper and salt.
• 1 teaspoon yeast.
• Flour type you prefer to molding.
• Oil, margarine to the skillet.
Preparation
Sauté mushrooms in a pan without oil, we must remove to remove the water.
Meanwhile, in the chopper mixtures onions, carrots, zucchini and nuts.
In a bowl, mix with mushrooms, parsley, yeast, salt and pepper.
