Melon and mint salad

Recipe melon and mint salad with lime dressing. The flavor and natural sweetness of melon in this recipe contrasts with the acidity of the lime and mint intensity, making this salad in a cool and pleasant surprise for the palate.

Ingredients

• 1 medium ripe melon
• 4 tablespoons fresh mint
• The medium lime juice (it is important to be a file and not a lemon)
• Cayenne powder
• 1 pinch of salt

Preparation


Cut the melon into bite-sized chunks. Sprinkle it with lime juice and reserve in the fridge until serving.

Just before serving, cut the fresh mint leaves into fine pieces, add melon and mix well.


Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and a hint of pepper.

Mixed Serve on a bed of lettuce.
