Halloumi kebab

Ingredients for 2 servings

• 1 small carrot
• 200g coleslaw, (finished product)
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• Salt, Pepper
• 2 tomatoes
• 200g Halloumi- Grill cheese
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 Toast bags chili flakes

Time: 30 min

Preparation

1. Peel and grate 1 carrot. Mix with the slaw and sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

2. Remove from tomatoes to stalk. Cut the tomatoes and halloumi into slices.


3. Halloumi slices with oil and sprinkle best light brown roast in a grill pan over high heat.

4. Meanwhile, toast bags horizontally cut and toast in the toaster. Fill with coleslaw, tomato and halloumi and season with chili flakes. Serve immediately.
