Ingredients for 2 servings
• 2 medium onions
• 4 medium tomatoes (about 300 g)
• Salt, Pepper
• 250 g feta cheese smooth from the brine
• 4 tbsps. Olive oil
• 3 stalks parsley
Time: 30 min
Preparation
1. Cut onions into thin rings, tomato slice.
2. Onions and tomatoes alternately in 2 serving ramekins or baking dish layers (20 x 15 cm). Season with a little salt and plenty of pepper.
3. Drain the feta cheese, divided into 2 portions and add to the vegetables. Olive on top.
4. In the hot oven at 240 degrees (convection 220 degrees) on the middle rack for 15-20 min. Until golden brown topped with melted sprinkle parsley leaves.
5. Serve sprinkled with coarse plucking parsley leaves.
